On the evening of Tuesday Febuary 7th, over 100 people came to see the Artist/Teacher exhibition at
the Gladstone Community Center. The attendance was fantastic and both
the North Kansas City School District and the City of Gladstone thank
all who turned out. The Arts Coordinator for the School District, Mark
Anderson gave some very thoughtful comments during our discussion time.
You can find a great article with more details of the show here in the Gladstone Gazette. We were all pleased with seeing both the talent and dedication of our
communities educators on display. A warm thank you to the Gladstone HyVee for an impressive array of refreshments. If you weren't able to make it out to the opening, you can come and see the work thoughout the month of Febuary and March. This exhibit is open to the public and we encourage all to come and get a good look at the talent of our teachers! Check the Gladstone Community Center website for open hours. Thanks for looking! Here are a few images
of the show.
