This Saturday marks the
25th Anniversary Season of Gladstone Theatre in the Park!
In the
summer of 1988, on a plywood stage, Gladstone Theatre in the Park
presented its first show, Oliver! That first season was
performed without a band, dressing rooms, or programs. Now, more than
100 performances later, Gladstone Theatre in the Park is very happy
to invite you to celebrate their 25th year! The party, themed “We are Family”, will start at 5:30 PM. There
will be lots of family friendly activities, such as face painting,
karaoke and free ice cream compliments of Kemps Ice Cream. A ceremony honoring all of those who have ever
been involved in a show, both cast and crew will begin at 7:30 PM followed by Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. The celebration will end with a magnificent fireworks display.
Everyone is invited to come together, reflect on our past and
toast to another wonderful 25 years of community theater. We look
forward to celebrating with you!
